Spirit Blessing

The blessing of the fire of the Spirit be upon us:
the fire that enflames us to
courageous conviction and fidelity to God’s way.
Amen.
The blessing of the power of the Spirit be upon us:
the power given for God’s purpose and by God’s grace.
Amen.
The blessing of the anointing of the Spirit be upon us:
an anointing that calls us to speak and spread
the good news of healing and favour, all in God’s name.
Amen.
May the blessing of
-the Creator who is the Source and Sustainer of life
-Jesus who is the Lesson and Liberator of life
-and the Spirit who is the Stirrer and Animator of life,
be with each of us to guide and encourage, today and forever.
Amen.
